Resumen
The National Financial Inclusion Policy (2019) declared the low level of access to the financial system as a public problem. In 2020, the Covid-19 pandemic recognized the need to improve financial inclusion indicators and highlighted the population's shortcomings in terms of knowledge and use of financial products. However, the development of financial competencies and capabilities is an issue that, due to its complexity, requires multidimensional treatment to achieve results. For this reason, Qinti Tec SAC developed a platform that helps young people improve their financial knowledge through games, accompanied by achieving objectives and making decisions in simulated and playful environments. To validate the proposal, the platform was used by 540 young people and the satisfaction survey showed that 54 percent of them achieved regular learning and 23.7 percent learned a lot; Likewise, that the important aspects that allow learning are narrative (50 percent), videos (31.8 percent), interactivity (31.8 percent) and graphic line (18.2 percent). In the design of the digital platform, gamification tools were used and a market study was used based on surveys with the target audience and interviews with officials from financial institutions, which allowed us to learn about their experiences with the existing offer and the mode of operation. A minimum viable product was also launched on the market that made it evident that young people want to develop financial capabilities and recognize it as an important factor for life.
