Modelamiento y análisis geológico – geotécnico para la prevención de un deslizamiento en la carretera Jaen – Cutervo, región Cajamarca

Abstract

The following report presents the geotechnical and geophysical research methodology of a particular case of a road slope, which is located in the section km 58 + 160 and km 58 + 240 of the Cutervo - Jaen highway located in the Cajamarca region to prevent landslides in the place. The geotechnical research in the study area used geotechnical explorations applying direct and indirect methods, through a methodology that is based on the execution of a rational and complete program. Furthermore, a stratigraphic profile model was elaborated and the physical properties were determined. soil mechanics. Moreover, to obtain more precise measurements, laboratory tests were made, following the regulations of international standards. The geotechnical exploration allowed to elaborate the base stratigraphic profile and a three-dimensional geotechnical model using the 3D Leapfrog Geo computer program. Subsequently, 04 sections were made in the model every 20 meters, performing the slope stability in each of the cases, using the Slide computer program. In the same way, engineering solutions were analyzed in the field in various scenarios, from stability models on the slope, obtaining an effective study that will be used as a basis for carrying out other similar studies in the surrounding areas and / or in other areas of Peru and the world.
