Análisis y gestión de financiamiento de proyectos de inversión en el ámbito del eje petrolero y del corredor vial sur de las regiones de Loreto y Cusco - Caso Pandemia 2020-2023

Abstract

This professional sufficiency work focuses on my professional experience as a bachelor in economic engineering from the National University of Engineering-UNI. To this end, I worked on various investment management topics, including investment financing for the Loreto and Cusco regions, project evaluation in the Pasco region, and investment management for the Studies Sub-Unit to promote execution through the Executing Core modality. The management of investments in sanitation projects in rural areas developed by the National Rural Sanitation Program (PNSR) of the MVCS, has limitations, after the research work was structured in two chapters, these being (a) Chapter I Professional experience, where the professional career is developed, the Entity in which the professional work was developed, as well as the contributions, competencies and skills developed, and finally on the critical reflections on professional experience, (b) Chapter II Methodology, (c) Chapter III Projects in the specialty, where the analysis of the financing of the investments of the projects of the Loreto and Cusco regions executed by the Sub Unit of studies of the Technical Unit of Projects of the PNSR, Analysis of Financing, Financing proposal according to the regulatory framework, also described the process of elaboration of the proposal, finally (d) Chapter IV conclusions and recommendations.
