Abstract

The project was carried out in the public entity National Program for Rural Sanitation (PNSR) whose activities are developed in the area of Construction and Sanitation; is attached to the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation, which focuses its projects on the country's rural population. In January 2012, the National Rural Sanitation Program (PNSR) was created by Supreme Decree No. 002-2012-VIVIENDA, for guidance purposes to enable access to quality and sustainable water and sanitation, through sustainable management. by results of the rural population. In the month of May 2022, the Unit of the PNSR Technical Unit for Projects requests the PNSR Administration Unit to initiate the preparatory acts for the "Hiring of Works Supervision for the Project: "Expansion and Improvement of the Service of Drinking Water and Installation of the Sanitation Service in the Populated Center of Pampa Hermosa District of Trompeteros, Province of Loreto, Loreto Region", with SNIP Code No. 301411 and Unique Code No. 2235611. The objective of this project is to identify the methods that help me prevent and reduce risks in the preparatory actions of a public contract, so that in the future they do not fall into a contract termination. For this, the different methodologies that are currently applied for hiring, both in the public and private sectors, will be exposed. Next, the process of collecting and analyzing various sources of information will be explained. Next, the choice of the most suitable methodology will be supported, and this will not allow determining the reference value of the contract, which must be competitive and efficient in the market.
