Abstract

This research paper entitled "Strategic Planning and Institutional Framework of the Banco de la Nación", presents a study and analysis of the relationship between the Bank's institutional framework of the nation and the use of strategic planning tools to improve management. To this end in the methodology of the proposed investigation, used the following scientific methods, analytical, inductive, deductive and descriptive, among others. Whereas on this methodology the type, level, design, method, population, sample, and tools for data collection. After performing the analysis and interpretation of the field test, in accordance with the development of objectives and according to the hypotheses, is able to show by contrast and validate the following assumptions; • It has been determined that the institutional framework of the National Bank relate to the proper use of financial resources through strategic planning. • Also, it was established that a relationship exists between the institutional framework of the National Bank with the proper use of its human resources through strategic planning. • That the institutional framework of the National Bank is related to the supply of financial products through the development of strategic planning. • Finally, there is a relationship between the Bank's institutional framework of the nation and the efficient location of its offices nationwide. • In conclusion, after contrasting the hypotheses and analyzed the charts and graphs drawn in the questionnaire of the field work we can say that the institutional framework of the National Bank is related to the management of this institution and Planning Tools strategic.
