Modelamiento geomecánico de la veta Ánimas en mina Caylloma - Arequipa

Abstract

The present investigation proposes to identify and know the qualities or types of rock of th rock mass in the Ánimas, current área of operation and deepening, using as base information geomechanical mappings, rock mechanics trials and geotechnical logging of diamond drilling. We did geomechanical mappings in mine finding main esturctures, it has been made geotchnical logging of some diamond drilling directed to deepening, samples were also selected for rock mechanics trials. With the information obtained from the geotechnical logging of diamond drilling, rock mechanics trials and geomechanical mappings data, the rock types were determined according to RMR89, with the values a short geostatistical analysis was carried out, determined the geomechanical model 3D of the mine. Geomechanical model sectors the mine for rock types, according to RMR89, allowing planning, convenience and ejecution to be carry out exploitations designs and advance or infraestructura projects in mine.
