Implementación de guía metodológica de los procesos que involucran el desarrollo de asociaciones público privadas en Perú

Abstract

The present Work of Professional Sufficiency (TSP) begins by describing the various recommendations given by international organisations in favour of improving the procedure for developing Public Private Partnerships (PPP) in Peru, the main changes made to the regulation of PPPs over time, the mapping of key processes and the detailed description of the National System for the Promotion of Private Investment. The study presented here is based on a bibliographic review of the regulatory basis of PPPs in Peru and documentation from diagnoses carried out by international organisations. The final result of this TSP is a Methodological Guide to Public-Private Partnerships that systematises the processes involved in the development of a PPP, including flowcharts and a detailed description of the activities that enable the implementation of this type of project.
