Resumen
In every mining project, it needs to increase mineral resources and search for opportunity zones with greater metallic content to economically extend mining in mineralized structures with the purpose of recovering the mineral in situ and/or identify those areas of greatest economic value.
The present work of sufficiency professional whose purpose is to carry out an investigation of the structural analysis of E-W trending veins which are of greater extension, with greater emphasis on the ends and/or edge zones to evaluate their continuity of mineralization and search for zones of ore shoots with higher metallic content, considering the existing structural jumps due to the behavior of the structural kinematics of the deposit.
Structural kinematics are analyzed through fault studies. These data, taken from field mapping, are interpreted to determine the type of movement accompanying the mineralized structures. The interpretation is compared with Riedel's theory, corroborating the direction of movement and the stresses that generated them. The deformation events that occurred at the Animon deposit were key to the formation and distribution of mineral content. These events formed the main structures as well as closure and opening zones, identifying the ore shoots in the E-W structures.
The interpretation of ore shoots is determined by the displacement of faults in a NW-SE direction due to the N-S compressive movement that generates closure and displacement zones in the main E-W structures.
